Spacious 3-Room Apartment at the Market Square

This cozy 3-room apartment with two separate bedrooms and a comfortable living room is ideal for groups and comfortably accommodates up to 6 people. It is located on the 3rd floor of an apartment building and offers a beautiful view of the market square.

Layout and Amenities:

• Bedrooms: Two separate bedrooms are equipped with a total of 6 comfortable single beds (100 cm x 200 cm).
  • Bedroom 1: Features 3 single beds, a table with 3 chairs, a sofa, a large wardrobe, and a 32-inch flat-screen TV (satellite TV).
  • Bedroom 2: Offers 3 single beds, a table with 3 chairs, a large wardrobe, and a 32-inch flat-screen TV (satellite TV).
  Bed linen and towels are, of course, provided in both bedrooms.
• Living Room: The perfect place to relax. It offers a 3-2-1 sofa set for up to 6 people and a large 47-inch Smart TV (including Netflix and satellite TV).
• Kitchen: The fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired: It features ample crockery, a microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, a 4-plate ceramic hob with oven, and a dishwasher. A dining table with 6 chairs invites you to enjoy shared meals. A basic set of cooking utensils (oil, salt, pepper, sugar, tea, spice blend) as well as all necessary cleaning supplies (kitchen roll, dishcloths, brush, dish soap, tea towels, toilet paper, hand soap, etc., vacuum cleaner, mop) are also provided.
• Bathroom: The modern bathroom offers a large shower (100 cm x 140 cm), a washbasin, an instantaneous water heater, a washing machine, a tumble dryer, a hairdryer, and soap and shampoo.
• Comfort & Services:
  • Wi-Fi: Free Wi-Fi is available in all areas of the apartment.
  • Flexible Check-in/Check-out: Your comfortable access to the apartment is ensured by flexible check-in and check-out. The key is deposited in a key safe on-site. You will receive the location and access code shortly before your arrival via email.
  • Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. However, for our smoking guests, there is a furnished, covered terrace at Biergasse 4-6 available for relaxation. Alternatively, an ashtray is provided in front of the house.
  • Digital Guest Map: Each guest receives a personal link to their digital guest map, which contains a lot of useful information about the apartment and your stay.

Arrival & Parking in Calw

Calw is a beautiful old town with charming pedestrian zones and limited public parking spaces. We know how important a hassle-free arrival is!

Therefore, parking for one vehicle in the public Hanggasse parking garage is already included in your rental price. Please note that the maximum entrance height of the parking garage is 2 meters. From there, you can comfortably reach your apartment in just about 3 minutes on foot. For loading and unloading your luggage, you can also briefly stop about 5 meters in front of the house.

• Shopping & Local Amenities: Just a few minutes' walk separates you from all daily necessities stores. The nearest bakery is only about 200 meters away and spoils you daily with fresh regional baked goods. You can also reach the Kaufland Center and many other shops in just about 400 meters.
• Culture & Sights: Immerse yourself in the history of Calw! The Hermann Hesse Museum and the Hermann Hesse Birthplace are both easily reachable within a few minutes on foot.

Transportation: Your Easy Arrival & Ways to Explore Calw

Calw is a wonderful pedestrian-friendly town that's best explored on foot! Since there are hardly any public parking spaces in the city center, the city has built modern parking garages. But the best part for you: As our guest, you don't have to worry about this!

Free & Convenient Parking:

For each apartment, we can register one vehicle directly in the nearby parking garage for free parking. You simply provide us with your license plate number, and we'll take care of the rest. This way, you can park stress-free and without a parking ticket. Please note that the garage's clearance height is 2 meters; vehicles taller than this unfortunately cannot be parked in the garage.

From your accommodation to the parking garage, it's barely 250 meters – a maximum of 5 minutes on foot. Once your car is safely parked, you can essentially do everything in Calw comfortably on foot.

Everything Within Walking Distance:

• The train station is just a few steps (approx. 300 m) away.
• Daily necessities stores, bakeries, and the Kaufland Center are also easily accessible on foot.
• Directly across from your accommodation, you'll find a historic church, and behind it begins the green city park – ideal for a stroll.
• Just one cross street below Lederstraße flows the picturesque Nagold River, where you can enjoy a leisurely walk.
• For families, there's a large playground just about 500 m away.
